Welcoming a Delegation from Bhutan

On December 23rd, Dhammajarinee was honored to welcome a delegation from the Kingdom of Bhutan, including Mr. Sangay Dawa, the procurement manager for Drukair, Royal Bhutan Airways, together with teachers and students from the Tongsa Penlop Inspire Program 2025. The Tongsa Penlop Inspire Program aims to provide enriching experiences for less-privileged students and teachers from remote schools across Bhutan, inspiring them through sponsored excursions to selected Drukair destinations during their school holidays.

At the school, the delegation toured various facilities and observed the STEM education program, which emphasizes systematic thinking, analytical skills, and effective problem-solving through active learning. The delegation also took part in hands-on learning activities, including traditional Thai dessert making. These activities reflect DWS’ commitment to developing students’ life skills and vocational skills alongside academic learning.

We hope this visit provided a meaningful opportunity for mutual learning, knowledge exchange, and the strengthening of future educational collaboration.
