From January 25-26, Dhammajarinee organized an Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Development Camp for grade 10 and 11 students. Over the course of two days, students participated in engaging and meaningful activities that helped them understand their emotions, strengthen their emotional management skills, and build healthy relationships with others. We appreciate the dedication of the teachers, lecturers, and all departments who made this camp an enriching experience for our students.

It's fantastic to see Dhammajarinee organizing an EQ Development Camp specifically for grade 10 and 11 students, focusing on crucial skills like emotional management and building healthy relationships. Starting these foundational emotional intelligence skills at such a formative age is incredibly impactful, setting students up for success not just academically, but in all aspects of life. While development camps are invaluable for practical skill-building, many individuals often wonder how to accurately gauge their current emotional intelligence baseline or track their progress over time. For those looking to gain deeper insight into their own EQ, taking a reliable emotional intelligence assessment can be a really insightful first step.
