As part of Dhammajarinee Witthaya School’s commitment to children’s rights and child protection, the school held a Child Rights and Safeguarding Training on 24 January, with 86 teachers taking part.

The training took a rights-based approach to education, focusing on the responsibilities of teachers in safeguarding children and supporting student wellbeing. Through group activities and guided discussion, teachers explored their roles, strengths, challenges, and expectations when working with children.

The session was led by specialists in child rights and child protection, who supported discussion and practical learning rooted in everyday school life.

This shared learning forms part of the school’s ongoing professional development program and reflects Dhammajarinee Witthaya School’s continued focus on providing a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment for all students.
