VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY:

Teach English at Dhammajarinee Witthaya School!

Are you looking for a meaningful way to give back, grow personally, and make a lasting impact? We invite you to consider volunteering at Dhammajarinee—a unique opportunity to support and empower bright young minds.

We are currently welcoming dedicated, English-speaking female volunteers to help teach English for a minimum of three months. As a volunteer, you’ll be part of a warm, family-like community. Your housing and meals will be fully provided, and you'll have the chance to truly make a difference by helping students improve their spoken and written English. While previous teaching experience is appreciated, it’s not required—what matters most is your enthusiasm and commitment.

Many volunteers describe their time at Dhammajarinee as transformative. Here's what Alicia from Spain, a past volunteer, shared about her experience:

“I’ve been truly amazed by the dedication and intelligence of the girls in my classes. They are incredibly attentive, curious, and eager to learn. Their kindness and the thoughtful way they engage in lessons make teaching them an absolute joy. They are not only polite and well-mannered but also detail-oriented, always striving to do their best. I can’t even begin to think about the day I’ll have to say goodbye because they’ve genuinely captured my heart.”

In addition to teaching English, Alicia—with a Master’s in textile engineering—also introduced our students to STEM concepts through a textile engineering course. Each volunteer brings something unique, and we love supporting their creativity and talents.

If you’re interested, please contact us here with your CV. We’d love to hear from you.
