Meet the Inspiring Leader Benjamart

At Dhammajarinee Witthaya School, strong leadership — made possible through our generous supporters — is helping girls from disadvantaged backgrounds build brighter futures.

One of these remarkable leaders is Benjamart Maijundee, Head of General Administration, Registration, and Evaluation since 2009. Her work touches nearly every part of the school, and her dedication to the students continues to shape their lives.

Sharing how she came to Dhammajarinee, Benjamart says:

"At first, I came to work here because a friend recommended it to me. But after spending time working closely with the students, I gradually developed a strong bond with them. I wanted to help contribute to the school’s mission and be part of building a better future for these children. It’s even more rewarding now that I see former students returning to work at the school after they graduate. That brings me a lot of happiness and a sense of fulfillment. The work atmosphere feels like being part of a family—supporting both the teachers' work and the students’ learning in a very positive way."

Speaking about the school’s evolution, she says:

"After working here for 16 years, I’ve witnessed the school’s continuous development and remarkable progress. A big part of this comes from the school’s supporters, who share the same vision of helping these children build a brighter future. Their support has allowed the school to grow both in quality and sustainability. Today, we can clearly see the results of everyone’s dedication — the administration team, teachers, staff, and supporters. Many of our graduates go on to study what they dream of at university and find jobs, become self-sufficient, and enjoy better lives."

In addition to overseeing academic planning, student admissions, and quality evaluation, Benjamart also launched Dhammajarinee’s Microsoft Cyber Security Club, providing students with vital digital skills that will open doors to future careers.
