From Students to Staff: Coming Full Circle

We’re proud to celebrate two Dhammjarinee Witthaya School alumnae who have recently graduated from university:

Wimonrat Phanasai — Bachelor of Education in Chinese Language, Muban Chombueng Rajabhat University, graduating with Second-Class Honors

Woranthorn Rattanasiriphat — Bachelor of Humanities and Social Sciences in English, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University

Their graduation is a wonderful achievement in itself. But what makes this moment especially meaningful is what comes next: both have returned to Dhammjarinee Witthaya School as members of staff, joining 20 other alumni currently working at the school.

For us, this is a powerful sign of a cycle coming full circle: girls who were once supported, educated, and encouraged here are now returning as teachers, mentors, and role models for the next generation.

They understand the students’ journeys because they once walked the same path themselves. Their return helps build something lasting — a school community strengthened from within by the young women it has helped to empower. We’re incredibly proud of Wimonrat and Woranthorn — not only for what they have achieved, but for choosing to bring their knowledge and experience back to the school that helped shape them.
