Year after year, diverse age groups of Dhammajarinee girls compete in and win numerous national and regional awards in Buddhist recitation. The girls excel in recitation because their voices express the refinement of their inner experience and the coherence they have with each other through their everyday group meditation and life together at the school. Due to their study of the principles of Buddhism along with their inner experience, they understand the profound meaning of the words. This makes the quality of their recitation stand out amongst other competitors. This year the girls had to submit a recorded entry and the final competition will take place via zoom before a live panel of judges. After the competition has taken place, we will make available online their video entry.
