As part of a cherished Thai tradition, Dhammajarinee Witthaya School held its annual Teacher Appreciation Day on 18 June to express gratitude and respect for the teachers. Students from every grade presented beautifully crafted offerings made from intricately folded banana leaves, flowers, and decorations—each one made with care to show appreciation and reflect the school’s values and Thai cultural heritage. The event was filled with joy, warmth, and creativity, including student-led music and dance performances.
A special moment was the string-tying tradition, a Thai custom in which white threads are gently tied around the wrist as a symbol of the bond between teachers and students.
Thank you to all the teachers for your wisdom, patience, guidance, and inspiration.
